Home Delivery

Per feedback from the majority public, we have decided to provide home delivery service upon request.

Below are the terms and conditions to be applicable.

1. Orders above S$50 for delivery to places located in Bedok, Tampines, Pasir Ris and Simei are required for free delivery. For purchases that do not meet the minimum purchase requested,a delivery charge of $10.00 will be imposed.

2. Orders above S$80 for delivery to other locations in Singapore are required for free delivery. For purchases that do not meet the minimum purchase requested, a delivery charge of S$ 15.00 will be imposed.

3. For orders from overseas customers, minimum order of S$ 100 is required and freight charges to be borne by customers.

4. Please note that for all delivery request, leadtime of 5 - 7 days in advance is needed.

5. Delivery address, Contact Person and contact number to be given clearly.

6. For Swarovski Crystal series, length/size and colour of beads to be specified clearly and minimum 7 days required before delivery.

7. Goods sold are checked for it's quality before delivery. Any damage claim afterwhich will not be entertained.
